- Before buying, the game has to dispose of the wanted quantity.
If the quantity is 0, this means that all the Guns or Drugs were already bought and that nobody is selling from his own supply.
At the beginning of the game, Guns will be rare, but gradual they will be available after the players start to buy factories.
