Terms Of Service

On this page we will present the Terms Of Service (TOS) of the services provided by www.devilpimps.com. We reserve the right to change these terms without notice or acceptance of any kind on your behalf. As a registered user you agree with these terms of service, as they represent an agreement between you(the player) and DeViLPimps.com. If you do not agree with the terms of this site please delete your account and/or do not register on this website.

Registering

Upon registering with www.devilpimps.com you need to provide a valid e-mail address. Soon after, you will receive on this address an e-mail containing a validation link that will confirm the existence of your account. Once registered, you agree to receive support or other game-related e-mails. www.devilpimps.com agrees not to make public any of the user's personal information, unless the game itself is sold.

Commercial ads and banners

Even though www.devilpimps.com has public ads or banners, we are not to be made responsible for the content of the website being advertised. We recomend that you read the terms of service of the respective sites before registering with them.

IP address

www.devilpimps.com will keep track of the player's IP address for statistics and security reasons (login and account tracking, fraud detection, etc). These IP-s are also monitored by public trafic ranking sites (ex.: trafic.ro).

Password

Do not give your password to anyone claiming to be a www.devilpimps.com representative. We will never ask for your password!
Do not give or lend your password to anyone.
Do not use simple and easy to guess passwords, such as: 12345, user_name = password, etc.
CAUTION: you are responsible for the safety of your password.

Common sense restrictions

It is completely forbidden to use / register multiple accounts by the same real person for the purpose but not limited to gaining certain advantages. It is forbidden for a player to help another player in any way (farming, leaking, etc) in order but not limited to gaining advantages in game. Selling, lending, donating or any other forms of changing the ownership of an account are strictly forbidden. It is forbidden to use another player's account !
You can only vote for another user once (1) every 24h from the same IP.
Using proxies or any other means for gaining benefit is considered cheating and will be punished.
Only one player can log in at a time from one computer (IP). Multiple accounts being logged in from the same IP address have a high chance to end up suspended.
Hacking or any other form of fraud is forbidden and will be punished according to Romanian law.
All bugs or game errors must be reported imediately. Using / Abusing such errors is forbidden and will lead to account deletion. These abuses will also be considered informatic frauds and will be punished by law if necessary.
Do not use registered or obscene pictures for your avatar. Your account will be deleted.
CHILDREN UNDER 18 NEED PARENTAL ADVISORY before entering or registering on this site.
Last but not least, do not forget that this is just a game and should be treated so. Use common sense. Just because a rule is not listed here, doesn't make it right !

ANTI-Spam Policy

www.devilpimps.com does NOT encourage SPAM in any way. As far as we are concerned, a user of this site is found to be spamming if:
- he/she is sending unsolicited e-mail containing his/hers voting link.
- he/she is posting the voting link on: forums, discussion boards, IRC, or any other place where this is considered to be an abuse.
A first measure to stop SPAM was introduced shortly after the game became public and consists in limiting the number of votes a user can receive.
www.devilpimps.com reserves the right to delete any account that is found to (or is under suspicion to) be violating this policy.

Limitation of liability

As a visitor or user of this site you agree that services provided by www.devilpimps.com are "as is".
In any event, www.devilpimps.com will only be liable in the case of gross negligence and willful and malicious misconduct.
www.devilpimps.com will NOT guarantee that:
- services provided will fullfill all or any of the user's demands or expectations.
- services will be uninteruptible, in time, secured and / or without errors.
- the quality of the service, information or other material obtained from this site will rise up to the players expectations.
- every or any program error will be corrected in time or corrected at all.
www.devilpimps.com is NOT to be made responsible for the in game usage of words that are considered registered trademarks.
www.devilpimps.com RESERVES the right to delete or suspend any account at any time for any reason, especialy if (but not limited to) an account is found to violate these rules or affect the game in a negative way.
